Senior Advisor
Lineage Group is seeking an experienced Senior Advisor to join our team. This pivotal role is integral to delivering exceptional client engagements, driving innovation, and fostering the development of our people. As a Senior Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, advising high-net-worth families and businesses on a variety of strategic financial and tax matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Engagement Excellence: Lead client engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that exceed expectations.
People Development: Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and constructive feedback to help them grow professionally.
Tax & Accounting Expertise: Handle moderately complex compliance tasks independently and review the work of junior team members.
Advisory Services: Contribute to advisory boards, family councils, and outsourced Family Office services, providing valuable strategic insights.
Client Relationship Management: Participate in client meetings, take ownership of client engagement, and oversee the delivery of services to ensure satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualification: Completion of CA studies is a prerequisite.
Tax & Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of tax and accounting principles, with the ability to manage compliance tasks and provide strategic advice.
Verbal Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Problem-Solving & Leadership: Strong analytical skills and the ability to lead and solve complex challenges.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and work towards shared goals.

Bookkeeper
We are actively seeking applications for the role of Bookkeeper. Our Bookkeeper is an important role in Lineage Group to deliver on client service and relationships, engagement excellence, making an impact and team culture. Our Bookkeeper ensures that a family office’s financial affairs are accurate, timely, organised and compliant for future success.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including payments, reconciliations, month-end procedures, and reporting, while ensuring awareness of emerging tools to improve efficiency.
If you have a strong knowledge of internal business systems, accounting principles, tax regulations, and continuously seek ways to enhance bookkeeping processes, get in touch!

Graduates

planning to complete your studies by the end of 2025 or have completed an undergraduate or post-graduate degree within the past two years; and
an Australian or New Zealand citizen, a Permanent Resident of Australia or relevant full working rights visa
